Plan College Now is a

planning services to clients. We are a firm that is actively
engaged in higher education. Our college planning team consists of
professionals with extensive experience in the fields of
admissions, financial aid and financial planning.
Plan College Now, is proud to offer an array
of services to assist students and their families with
navigating the college admissions process. While we cannot
make a guarantee that a student will gain acceptance into a
specific college, we do make the commitment to provide our
clients with comprehensive guidance necessary to improve the
chances of college acceptance based on each student’s unique
set of experiences.
TEAM BIOS
Mary E. Yuskis, Ed. D., Vice
President of College Planning, has worked in admissions
offices throughout the country for 15 years. Mary holds both a Master's and a Doctorate degree in
Higher and Postsecondary Education from Arizona State
University and a Bachelors degree in Human Development and
Communications from Boston College. Her tenure spans large,
medium and small colleges and universities. She has worked
in the offices of a state higher education governing board
and wrote her dissertation about the preparatory curriculum
necessary for academic preparedness in the first year of
college.
Mary has held the positions of Director of Admissions,
Assistant Vice Provost for Enrollment Management,
Coordinator of Admissions for Transfer and Adult Students,
and Policy Analyst for the Arizona Board of Regents.
Philip T. Malinoski, M.Ed., C.A.G.S, CFP,
President, has more than 24 years of financial aid,
enrollment management and enrollment research experience. He
has extensive financial aid and college financial planning
experience and works as a consultant with both families and
institutions of higher education and scholarship
foundations. He has worked at both large and small
institutions including Yale University, Northeastern
University and Saint Joseph College.
Phil holds a M.Ed. in College Student Personnel from
Northeastern University, a Certificate of Advanced Graduate
Study in Higher Education Administration, and the Certified
Financial Planner (CFP) designation. He has presented at
numerous professional conferences on a wide range of topics
such as financial aid and personal tax planning and
integrating financial planning with student financial aid.
Joseph J. Martinkovic, B.A., Senior Admissions and Financial
Aid Consultant, brings over 34 years of experience in the
financial aid and college admissions arena. He has held
positions such as Director of Admissions, Dean of Admissions
and Financial Aid, and Director of Financial Aid at several
independent four-year institutions of higher education in
the northeast. He has also served as Director of Development
for one of the nation’s largest Catholic elementary and
secondary school systems, and as a Regional Account
Executive for a major FFELP Guarantee Agency. Joe earned his
B.A. degree from King’s College (PA).
Nitajsha D. Edwards, Financial Aid Consultant, has over 10
years of direct financial aid experience in both traditional
and non-standard post-secondary settings. She has worked in
both the non-profit and for-profit sectors in higher
education.
